Include your device model, operating system version, Quatro app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send a password, full payment card number, or other sensitive information.

Restore Remove Ads

  1. Confirm that you use the same app-store account that made the purchase.
  2. Open Quatro and select Restore Purchases from the purchase screen.
  3. Keep the device online while the app store checks the purchase.

If the purchase is not restored, email us with your platform and the date of purchase. Do not send full payment details.

Fix a technical problem

  • Close and reopen Quatro.
  • Install the latest Quatro and operating system updates.
  • Restart your device.
  • Check that the device has enough free storage.

Reinstalling the app resets local preferences and can require you to restore Remove Ads. Quatro does not save ongoing games or scores.
