Subscriptions

  • Cancel or change a subscription: on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions.
  • Restore a purchase on a new phone: open the app's Settings and tap "Restore purchases".
  • Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (Google Play refunds).

Your data

  • Delete your data: open the app's Settings and tap "Delete my data". This removes your account and history from our server right away.

A wrong or harmful answer

Answers are written by AI and can be wrong. The apps never speak as God, clergy or a scholar. If an answer looks wrong or harmful, press and hold it and choose "Report this answer", or email us. We review every report.
