Covenant Tutor
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and S-Block Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). They apply to these apps: Gracia, Palavra, Malsseum (말씀동행), ThinkFirst, Soch and Covenant Tutor (each an "app"). By using an app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.
In short: the apps use AI, and AI can be wrong. They are tools for learning and devotion, not a source of professional, religious, medical or legal advice. Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple or Google.
1. Who can use the apps
You must be at least 13 years old to use Gracia, Palavra, Malsseum, ThinkFirst or Soch. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.
Covenant Tutor is meant to be set up and held by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms, controls purchases and settings, and supervises the student. The parent is responsible for the student's use of the app.
2. AI answers can be wrong
- Replies in the apps are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or unsuitable for your situation. Check anything important with a reliable source.
- The apps do not give professional advice of any kind, including medical, mental health, legal, financial or academic advice.
- The faith apps are not a priest, pastor, minister, scholar or any religious authority, and do not speak for any church or denomination. For spiritual direction, the sacraments or important decisions, talk with your own pastor or priest.
- Scripture shown in the apps is quoted from public-domain Bible translations. The AI picks references; it does not write the verse text. Interpretations in AI replies are not official teaching.
- The study apps are not affiliated with any school, exam board or curriculum provider, including CBSE and NCERT.
- If you or someone else is in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away. Do not rely on an app.
3. Using the apps fairly
Please do not:
- use the apps for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
- try to make the AI produce harmful, hateful or sexual content, or get around its safety rules;
- use the study apps to cheat on graded work or tests, or break your school's rules;
- copy, resell, reverse engineer or overload the apps or our servers, or access them with bots or scripts;
- get around free or premium usage limits.
We may limit or block access if these terms are broken. You can report any reply in the app if you think it is offensive, inaccurate or harmful.
4. Your content
You own what you write. You give us permission to process your messages only as needed to run the apps, as described in the Privacy Policy, including sending them to our AI provider to produce a reply. You may use the replies you receive for your own personal use. Please do not share private details of other people in your messages.
5. Free use, subscriptions and payments
- Each app is free to download and includes a limited number of AI messages per day. The free limit may change.
- Premium is an auto-renewing weekly or yearly subscription. It gives many more AI messages per day, within a daily fair-use limit that keeps the service working for everyone.
- Subscriptions are sold by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, under their payment terms. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (on Apple) or before the renewal date (on Google). You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
- If prices change, Apple or Google will tell you in advance as their rules require.
6. Apple App Store users
If you got an app from the Apple App Store, your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add to it. If they conflict, the Standard EULA controls for your license to use the app. You also agree that:
- these terms are between you and us, not Apple, and we, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content;
- Apple has no duty to provide maintenance or support for the app;
- if the app fails to meet any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any), and Apple has no other warranty duty to the extent the law allows;
- we, not Apple, are responsible for any claims about the app, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, privacy and intellectual property claims;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
7. Google Play users
If you got an app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your purchase and download.
8. Our property
The apps, their design, text, daily content and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps on devices you own or control, under these terms and the store's rules. Public-domain texts, such as public-domain Bible translations, remain free for everyone.
9. Changes and availability
We may change, pause or stop an app or a feature. If we stop an app you pay for, you can cancel your subscription through Apple or Google. We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you in the app if a change is important. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that the AI's replies are accurate or that the apps will always work. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI replies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, through the store, for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Brazil, South Korea and India.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory protection. You may bring claims in the courts where you live if your local law allows it.
